Our online support sessions are friendly, interactive and supportive.
We look at finding ways to improve health and well-being and will help you develop the self management skills required to improve your quality of life amongst peers.
Groups are held once a month at the Erskine Reid Macewan Activity Centre where anyone who attends Erskine can join to the group.
