With a family rooted in a proud line of military Service, Hatty has always held a passion for the wellbeing of her community. For over 10yrs Hatty has dedicated her time to supporting veterans in finding work and this inspired her to build Troopr.

After a full Army career then 6 years in commercial HR, Andrew founded SaluteMyJob, a Social Enterprise supporting employers in hiring veterans. Simultaneously, he is working with Forces-friendly organisations to help them promote their work with Troopr
