With more than 190 veterans already working in the organisation, Wincanton is on a journey to enhance its offering to service leavers and welcome people from across the Armed Forces community to join the company and establish a meaningful second career. A dedicated pipeline focusing on exservice individuals has been built through engagement with the CTP, BFRS, local regiments, support services and online forums to signpost opportunities within Wincanton. The company also invites members of the Armed Forces community to visit its facilities, share operational excellence and have the opportunity to undertake a civilian work attachment.
