About Phoenix Heroes CIC
Phoenix Heroes CIC is a Community Interest Company based in Colchester, UK, that supports veterans by providing them with access to outdoor activities. The organisation was founded in 2018 by Gary Stockton, a veteran of the British Army, and it has since grown to become a respected provider of support to veterans in the UK. Phoenix Heroes CIC is a not-for-profit organisation that provides support to veterans through outdoor activities such as fishing, football and allotment gardening. The organisation is committed to helping veterans overcome the challenges they face when transitioning from military to civilian life, and it achieves this by providing opportunities for veterans to come together and build a sense of community and belonging. We also provide support to veterans who are struggling with mental health difficulties and finding the transition on leaving the Armed Forces a challenge.
