Lectures, seminars and interactive workshops hosted by a range of expert lecturers and leading scholars, totalling 30 hours of online learning content spread over three months (roughly 2 hours a week). About Waterloo Uncovered
Waterloo Uncovered is the groundbreaking charity combining a world-class archaeological project on the Waterloo battlefield with expert veteran care and recovery. Each year we continue to grow and expand our scope of work, all while using archaeology as our primary tool to improve the wellbeing, education and recovery of veterans and serving personnel, many of whom have experienced mental or physical impacts from their service.
Since 2015 we have been uncovering the archaeological secrets of Waterloo while helping veterans and serving personnel recover from the traumas of war.
To date, we've discovered over 7000 archaeological finds and supported more than 350 veterans from the UK, Netherlands, Ukraine, Belgium and beyond.
There is still plenty more work to be done - and we can't do it without your support.
