We are looking for Non-Exec Directors to join the Advisory Board of Positive Transition.

As a digital solution offering holisitc life support into the serving and veteran elements of the Armed Forces Community, we are keen to develop a broad assortment of people to advise and guide the board on the development of the offering.

We are also looking to address other adjacent markets such as Sport, Prison Leavers, Care Leavers and then international markets.  People that might have experience in any other sector into which we might develop would also be of interest.

Initially the role will be pro bono, with a view to paying salaries on investment/revenue.  Possible stock options could be offered too subject to capability and agreed tenure.

Positive Transition is a digital platform supporting the AF community holistically across all epochs of service and beyond.

It is currently available on the web, with plans to develop the native mobile apps. It is intended to be free at point of use, and we are seeking the sponsorship and investment to make it more generally available. 

 

Gov (MoD, DRM and OVA) have shown little interest, prefering to put money into vanity projects.  But, we will prevail and deliver the value that has been seen by the charity sector, who have bought in.
