About Positive Transition
Positive Transition is a digital platform supporting the AF community holistically across all epochs of service and beyond.
It is currently available on the web, with plans to develop the native mobile apps. It is intended to be free at point of use, and we are seeking the sponsorship and investment to make it more generally available.
Gov (MoD, DRM and OVA) have shown little interest, prefering to put money into vanity projects. But, we will prevail and deliver the value that has been seen by the charity sector, who have bought in.

Our commitment to the Armed Forces Community
Providing holistic information based on personal circumstances, +t acts as a support to find the pathways through transition and civilian life. It is not standing still, and is looking to develop in content and functionality over the coming months. We are working with some great partners, and developing ideas so that the platform will be determined be what is required by the end users.
We are committed to employing service leavers, veterans, families and other related individuals such as reservists and cadets.
