RMA - The Royal Marines Charity: RMA is dedicated to providing lifelong support to Royal Marines, their families, and other members of the Royal Marines community. They offer a range of services, including financial assistance, rehabilitation support, career transition guidance, mental health support, and opportunities for camaraderie through events and gatherings.
We promote that we are an Armed Forces-friendly organisation, to our staff, customers, suppliers, contractors and wider public.
We support the employment of veterans and recognise military skills and qualifications in our recruitment and selection process
We offer flexible leave for military spouses.
We support our employees who are members of the Reserve Forces and actively encouraging members of staff to become Reservists’s
