M&G Wealth Advice, is part of M&G plc, one of the of the largest financial advice providers in the UK.
There’s a high demand for financial advice in the UK, but at the moment, there’s only a limited number of financial advisers available. This means, many people who may need it most can struggle to gain access to valuable advice, that could really help them and their families. So, we’re growing our adviser community through the M&G Wealth Advice Academy, in an effort to fill this gap.
Who can join our Academy
We’re looking for strong candidates, with the commitment and drive to build their knowledge and develop skills and behaviours required for the role. There’s no barriers to this new career with our Academy:
We opened our Academy doors to our first candidates in late 2021. In that time, we’ve achieved a great deal and we’re not stopping. Our focus continues to be on building a market leading Academy, to provide more advice, to more people.
Our Academy Programme
The Academy takes you through a structured training and development programme that gives you the relevant knowledge, skills and behaviours you’ll need to become a successful adviser. There’s four stages to becoming a fully qualified financial adviser with M&G Wealth Advice.
Our Commitment
The M&G Wealth Advice Academy is open to candidates from all walks of life, backgrounds, gender, age and race – whether you’re someone seeking a career change or looking to take your first steps in self-employment.
Our focus is to develop the next generation of advisers that will have the skills and support needed to deliver successful services, experiences and outcomes, to as many clients as possible, in a way that best suits them.
Our trainees can stay in their current employment throughout their time in Stage one of our Academy, then have a choice of routes when graduating, from joining an existing firm within M&G Wealth, to setting up on their own as a Partner of M&G Wealth Advice.
