Supporting Transition & Resettlement: Offering support for veterans, reservists and military spouses and providing them with the necessary resources and training where practicable. Flexible Working Conditions: We offer flexible working arrangements to address the unique challenges faced by reservists and military families, ensuring their commitments are accommodated. Communications, engagement and outreach: Tailored Communication Channels: Develop and maintain dedicated communication platforms that specifically address the needs, concerns, and updates relevant to the Armed Forces community, ensuring they are well-informed and engaged.
