Promoting the Armed Forces: Establish armed forces network with an armed forces champion. Promote and mark armed forces week. Communications, engagement and outreach: Attend and promote the RFCA and armed forces at local/national engagement events. Support Reservists by offering them additional days of annual leave (paid/unpaid) in order to carry out their duties. Offer and/or promote commercial discounts for members of the Armed Forces Community and fellow covenant signatories. Ensure the Armed Forces Community has fair access to your services and is not put at a disad-vantage by their service, for example as a result of their high mobility.
