We will work with the Career Transition Partnership and other relevant charities, to promote both Omni RMS employment opportunities, and those of our clients, in order to support members of the Armed Forces Community find employment. We will strive to develop the employability services that Omni delivers to our clients to support ex Service Personnel, Service Spouses and Partners by giving them access to our technology that supports job seeking, including developing and reviewing CVs and job applications, AI video interview feedback, practice assessment tools, and eLearning to support both job search and onboarding into a new role, and therefore increasing their chances of securing gainful employment.
