Commercial: We will not profiteer. The accounts associated with the program will be open to inspection to the charities and commercial organisations with whom we partner. Employment support to members of the Armed Forces Community: All job placement services, and training will be provided free of charge to the veteran. We will only train for available job opportunities that have been agreed to be filled with our commercial partners. All job training will be tailored to the open role. Promoting the Armed Forces: Showcasing the invaluable skills and experiences of veterans to raise awareness and appreciation for their contributions to society. Partnering with Charities: Collaborating with organizations like TechVets, we're actively supporting veterans' transition by providing them with the necessary resources and guidance to navigate their journey into the corporate world. Family Support Services: Extending support services to spousal employment opportunities. Recognizing the integral role families play in veterans' successful reintegration. Communications, engagement and outreach: Utilizing various channels and platforms to engage with the community and foster connections between veterans and potential employers. Civic responsibilities: Encouraging veterans to continue serving their communities through mentorship programs, and civic engagement initiatives, thereby strengthening social cohesion and promoting positive societal change. Mental Health Support: Working with our partner charities, providing access to mental health resources and counselling services tailored to the unique needs of veterans, aiming to address challenges such as PTSD and transitioning stress. Continued Education and Training: Offering ongoing education and skills development opportunities to veterans, ensuring they remain competitive and adaptable in the ever-evolving job market.
