Durham Dales Health Federation is a collaborative organisation aiming to improve health services and outcomes for the communities in the Durham Dales area.
Our commitment to the Armed Forces Community
Actively support members of the Armed Forces Community, through our employment process, without disadvantage or prejudice. Support Veterans to identify their veteran status to the NHS practices: Engage members of the Armed Forces Community, veteran, spouse, widow, or child to services that can help or assist to make what matters happen. Support Veterans and AFC members to engage with local veteran groups, local events, offering support to alleviate concerns to attend them. Support veterans and AFC members to access local support for housing through Durham County Councils, Armed Forces Outreach Service. Support local Veterans Groups with NHS issues I can support in, without being clinical.
