Establishing a dedicated point of contact within the organisation that will address the needs of our Armed Forces employees and residents, creating support networks, forums and events. We understand the overwhelming experiences our Armed Forces members might have endured during their service, understanding there is a wide spectrum of PTSD and other health issues that our employees and residents might have endured during their service and that might not always be visible.
