We want to live in a world where there is no social stigma associated with mental health and every individual has a meaningful relationship within their community that promotes wellbeing. We work in collaboration with individuals and communities with a trauma informed and attachment led approach. We support and enable the conditions for growth through a variety of opportunities and make decisions based on our values.
We have founded our organisation on the following core values and they will act as our compass as we continue to support our communities.

We have a variety of initiatives and training opportunities that are currently available to help support communities and empower individuals. We are also working in partnership with education authorities to help educate young people about mental health and opening meaningful conversations.
The Veteran ERV is a virtual space for veterans to check in and connect with each other. It is normal to struggle with your mental health at times. The ERV offers peer support so that veterans don’t need to face those challenges alone. We run our Veteran ERV on Zoom/Teams every Monday night at 7pm. There is no pressure to share, you can join and just listen to the conversations until you are ready to talk. The ERV provides an opportunity for veterans to connect on a meaningful level and build trusting relationships that promote wellbeing. We have a team of trained veteran volunteers who are here to listen when you are ready to talk. We will treat all enquiries with respect and ensure confidentiality is given.
