We are proud to support ex-military personnel with meaningful employment and training opportunities. 80%+ of our Royal Navy teams are ex-military. As part of our ‘soft landings’ to civilian life, we help signpost individuals on how to set-up new businesses or aid transition to permanent employment in a veteran friendly environment.

Like all employers, we respect, value, and have a consistent need for the transferable skills of service leavers and veterans. However, we also want to give service leavers and veterans the opportunity to continue working for UK defence and security. We have key contracts with military and aerospace organisations using the same platforms, systems, technology, and standard operating procedures veterans have become expert users of during their military service. In essence, we can provide opportunity to work in the same environments with existing professional relationship networks, to solve engineering and digital challenges that help the UK military to operate at the highest level of global defence.

We are passionate about supporting several Armed Forces community initiatives as an extension of our recruitment and employment activities.
