We are proud to support ex-military personnel with meaningful employment and training opportunities. 80%+ of our Royal Navy teams are ex-military. As part of our ‘soft landings’ to civilian life, we help signpost individuals on how to set-up new businesses or aid transition to permanent employment in a veteran friendly environment.

However, we also want to give service leavers and veterans the opportunity to continue working for UK defence and security.
