Prioritizing Armed Forces Wellbeing, Past & Present

The Ministry of Defence is committed to taking care of its Armed Forces, both during their service and after they have left. For seriously injured service personnel, there are recovery pathways and the Defence Recovery Capability, providing medical care and assistance in transitioning back to civilian life. Veterans with medical conditions can receive priority NHS treatment appropriate to their needs. The MOD also offers support for mental health issues through veteran-focused services.
