Navigator Service: Veterans Support Network & Activities

The Navigator service helps veterans improve their health and wellbeing, by taking part in meaningful activities and connecting with others to develop a strong support network. Navigator offers veterans person-centred support at a pace appropriate to their needs. It is currently available in Cheshire and Merseyside. A referral into the service can be made by any professional who is supporting a veteran with their mental or physical health needs.

The Poppy Factory supports veterans with health conditions into employment through training, wellbeing services and specialist advice.
