Description
The Glasgow Walk, Talk, and Brew Group is an original event and activity initiated and organized by the founders of Who Dares Cares. It was conceived as a welcoming space where veterans and individuals facing mental health challenges can come together, socialize, and engage in various activities. Our primary goals are as follows:
Safe Socialization: We provide a safe and supportive environment for people in similar circumstances to socialize and connect.
Open Conversations: While participation is voluntary, we encourage open and honest conversations about mental health for those who wish to share their thoughts.
Resource Sharing: We aim to inform participants about the services available within Who Dares Cares and Mental Health Services, with the goal of connecting individuals with resources that can benefit them.
Physical Activity: We believe that light exercise can have a positive impact on mental health and the gradual building of confidence in social settings.
Join us for our events in Glasgow, where you can enjoy the company of like-minded individuals, have meaningful conversations, and access valuable information for your mental health journey.
