Description
Age UK Northumberland has launched the Covenant Reset project, designed to provide practical advice and support to veterans living in Northumberland. This project, funded by The Covenant Fund, offers access to various services, including information, advice, advocacy, bereavement support, health and wellbeing, and dementia services. It aims to help local veterans reset and rebuild their lives after an extended period of lockdown.
With around 17,000 veterans residing in Northumberland, this project addresses the specific needs of the veteran community as they readjust to post-Covid-19 life. The support services are tailored to meet these needs, and Age UK Northumberland is proud to collaborate with ex-servicemen and women who work or volunteer with them.
If you're a veteran in Northumberland, you're encouraged to reach out to Age UK Northumberland to learn more about how the Covenant Reset Project can assist you.
