Description
As a Recruiter in our Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) team, you’ll focus on delivering a great candidate experience, supporting candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle and identifying motivators to engage and close candidates. With your manager's support, you'll learn directly from our existing team, leveraging their knowledge to improve your own skills, and be given the opportunity to work on critical hiring projects that directly impact business performance. You’ll also build a career development plan that identifies areas for growth and focusses on your own goals and aspirations.

Qualifications Required/Minimum Qualifications
Significant previous Talent Acquisition experience - recruiting, sourcing and stakeholder management experience is essential Full cycle multicounty regional recruitment experience within EMEA
Responsibilities Partner directly with Hiring Managers to hire talent for Microsoft. Assess business needs and market landscapes to develop and execute hiring plans. Gather internal and external data on talent and market trends and share recommendations with your hiring communities. Engage candidates for immediate and future needs and develop strategies to generate differentiated talent for long-term business needs. Focus on delivering a great candidate experience. You’ll identify candidates for immediate and future hiring needs, complete their initial screening and go on to support them throughout the hiring lifecycle.
