Drug & Alcohol Training /Mental Health Support
Training is provided by one of our partners - drink wise - for staff, volunteers and services users. Access to specialist services and counselling – on site and in the community. We help with addiction and mental health problems and are working with mental health organisations in order to ensure our service users gain the correct support.

Referral Criteria & Process
- Client is homeless or at risk of homelessness.
- Client is unable to raise a deposit by any other means.
- Client must be in receipt of benefits or on a low income.
- A client must provide information regarding any outstanding debt with the Department of Work and Pensions.
- Client must be willing to undertake training or further education.
- No active drug & alcohol misuse (ready for independent living).
- No history of arson attacks.
- Unable to assist sex offenders or those assessed as a high or very high risk of harm.
- Resettling in the Rhondda Cynon Taff area or where accommodation is available.
- Must be a veteran in need, have an association with the services and/or in the criminal justice system.
About Rhondda Veterans Hub
We primarily focus on finding suitable and reliable homes for veterans who are currently, or at risk of being, homeless. We also help veterans in a number of additional ways such as giving financial advice, help with finding employment, organising food vouchers, and support in other areas.
