About the Role
The successful applicant will work closely with the Senior Support Officer to assist the Culture Leicestershire (CuL) team in effective service delivery. This includes carrying out a wide range of activities such as assisting team managers with production of documentation and reports, arranging meetings, monitoring mailboxes, producing newsletters, creation of orders and admin around payments for suppliers, creating and refreshing systems which help to organise team activity, supporting the development of social media channels, website and online engagement, using marketing to raise the profile of the team and assisting with evaluation work including data inputting.

About You
To apply for this post, you must:
- Have previous experience in an administrative role demonstrating flexibility when supporting multiple team members with conflicting and changing priorities
- Show meticulous attention to detail, ensuring clear and concise communication with different styles for different audiences
- Have excellent IT skills, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook etc, and have the ability to learn and utilise a variety of software including online applications such as Canva and WordPress
- Be able to input and retrieve a variety of data accurately and effectively and to produce reports
- Have experience in using different social media platforms professionally, optimising content to further build audiences and encourage interaction and engagement with communities and partners
