DN Colleges Group is seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Apprenticeships to lead and innovate our apprenticeship curriculum, ensuring it meets the highest standards and the needs of both students and employers.

The Role
As the Director of Apprenticeships, you will:
- Lead and Manage Apprenticeship Programmes: Oversee the development and delivery of a dynamic, high-quality apprenticeship curriculum.
- Cultivate a High-Performance Culture: Foster a culture of high standards and aspirations within curriculum areas.
- Drive Curriculum Innovation: Lead the design and delivery of apprenticeship standards, ensuring excellence in teaching and learning practices.
- Ensure Quality Assurance: Implement effective quality assurance and improvement policies.
- Utilise Data for Improvement: Embed the analysis of student performance data in curriculum planning.
- Enhance Teaching and Learning: Provide leadership in teaching, learning, and assessment.
- Promote Inclusivity and Diversity: Create inclusive, supportive, and safe curriculum areas.
- Manage Resources Effectively: Lead the business planning process for curriculum areas.
- Represent the College Externally: Engage with stakeholders to share best practices and promote the college's interests.
What We Offer:
Competitive Salary: £47,662 - £53,263 per annum.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Significant experience in a substantial management position within an FE environment.
- Management qualification or evidence of substantial management training and development.
- Proven track record in leading apprenticeship curriculums.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding, health and safety, and quality improvement practices.

Let's Teach The LET's teach programme supports new members of teaching staff in terms of college systems and key teaching and learning areas including new staff lesson visits and postcard peeps. Each new member of staff has an allocated Lead Practitioner who works closely with them throughout the programme.
Let's Bloom
The LET's Bloom Programme aims to connect our experienced and qualified teachers to share best practice and support continued risk-taking as we continue to add depth to our teaching craft. Teachers volunteer on this one year programme, working closely with the Learning Enhancement Team, capturing their experimentation in a journal.
