Childcare provider(s) details, including provider type (school or childminder) and region. Details and evidence of any child in receipt of certain government allowances that will make them eligible for the higher rate of WAC and TFC funding. Important: All WAC registration forms must be sent as an attachment (i.e. not a SharePoint link) to DBS-JPAC-WAChildcare-Mailbox@dbspv.mod.uk. You should then receive an automatic response from the DBS team. If you don't receive the DBS response within 10 minutes, please re-send your registration form(s) again until you get an automatic response. Within the next 10 working days, you should then receive an email from DBS regarding the outcome of your WAC registration. You can then proceed to step 5. 5.
