Implementation Engineer (081dm) – Heathrow, London - £25,000- £35,000 DOE

The Implementation Engineer will oversee the installation and project management of smaller-scale projects, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, company policies, and client regulations.

This role will lead the implementation of assigned installations, working collaboratively with colleagues and clients to establish installation procedures and project management processes.

The primary responsibility is to efficiently manage personal duties, resources, and personnel, acting as the point of escalation for installation-related issues. The Implementation Engineer will focus on mitigating project risks, managing the day-to-day operations of installations, and delivering projects successfully while working closely with service and operational functions.

Role Requirements / Selection Criteria:

•A minimum of 4 years’ practical experience in Radio and Wireless ICT, with a focus on radio system installation or service.

•Client-facing Project Management experience in a technology-driven environment.

•Project management certification (desirable).

•Experience delivering technology projects across multiple sectors (desirable).

•Proficient in MS Project or similar applications, with the ability to build and maintain project plans.

•Knowledge of compiling and maintaining RAID logs.

•Ability to lead project kick-off meetings both internally and with clients.

•Experience in aviation, construction, and/or transport sectors (advantageous).

•Strong client-facing installation and project experience.

•Exceptional communication and organizational skills.

•Meticulous attention to detail with confidence in execution.

•Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

•Ability to build strong relationships within a progressive organization, representing the company in a professional manner both internally and externally.
