As a business, we value lived experience. As this is a future leader role, a background in industrial safety is not essential. We expect you to grow and develop into this role, incorporating the discipline and skills you have gained in other areas of your life. We are proud to invest in our people and will provide the environment for you to succeed, including a strong mentoring programme.

We are committed to encouraging and achieving a working environment which is underpinned by fairness to all individuals, where equality and diversity is recognised, encouraged and valued, and the concept of individual responsibility is accepted by all. We invite applications from all individuals – what makes you unique makes us exceptional.
