Working hours: 8am-4.30pm, Mon-Fri – 37.5 hours per week

What you’ll be doing as Waste Administrator
Our Technical team manages the collection of all types of hazardous waste (chemicals, paints, aerosols and batteries etc.) from our many different customers. It's interesting stuff and you will assist with the daily admin involved with providing a first-rate service, working closely with colleagues to produce the necessary waste collection documentation and supporting other areas of the department when they need a hand.
Printing and checking driver paperwork, updating the database, liaising with chemists to arrange collections, responding to calls, requests and emails... there are plenty of daily tasks to complete to a high standard in this busy department.
What you’ll need
Your attention to detail, telephone manner and computer skills (including Excel) are strengths. A customer-service background is a must too.
