Location: Remote (UK-based and ideally London) with occasional travel
Salary: Base salary + commission, based on experience (OTE: £35,000 - £40,000, with potential for higher earnings.)
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time (Flexible for the right candidate)
Due to its rapid and exciting growth, Troopr is in the market for a Sales Executive to strengthen its successful Sales Team. You will manage your own portfolio of clients and be responsible for driving commercial activity across them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential forces-friendly organisations and businesses to join Troopr.
- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline, from initial outreach to closing deals.
- Build partnerships with Forces-friendly organisations to help raise their forces-friendly brand and awareness of their campaigns and opportunities to the Armed Forces community.
- Present and pitch Troopr’s commercial offerings to interested parties.
- Be given a strong contact list of Forces-Friendly organisations while also having the ability to seek new opportunities and clients.
- Negotiate and close contracts with new clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with the marketing and partnerships team to support lead generation and brand awareness.
- Maintain accurate sales records using CRM tools and report on sales performance.
About You:
- Passionate about supporting the Armed Forces community and helping businesses engage with this audience.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or a similar role.
- A self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience selling to CSR or HR teams is desirable.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.
