What you’ll be doing as Future Talent Lead
Joining the collaborative 14-strong People team at our modern Benson head office, you will identify, attract, develop and nurture young talent, providing them with the opportunities and support they need to thrive.
Staying updated on industry trends and insights, you will use various channels, including social media, job fairs, partnerships with schools/college/unis and local enterprises, including OxLep, and presentations to signpost young people to Grundon as their employer of choice.
Developing and delivering a truly worthwhile work experience programme, creating apprenticeship graduation events that celebrate success (our first one last year was a huge hit!), and working with managers to ensure Grundon has a pipeline of new young apprenticeship talent are all Future Talent Lead responsibilities.
What you’ll need
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, or on-the-job experience.
• Proven experience in talent development, preferably with a focus on young professionals.
• Full valid driving licence
