Who we're looking for at Cazenove Capital
We're looking for a Senior Client Service Executive in the Charities Department, within our Wealth Management division known as Cazenove Capital, which is part of the Schroders group. You will work alongside a team of Portfolio Managers and Directors and will be a critical part of the account team and in some cases serving as the first port of call for clients in their dealings and administrative requests. You will take a proactive role in delivering excellent client service.
You'll be busy, hands-on and can-do. You will develop deep technical knowledge of our processes and systems and give our clients a seamless service in making sure their accounts are running smoothly. An essential part of the role is communicating, keeping Portfolio Managers informed and up to date. You will be expected to liaise across departments to solve client issues and maintain accurate records.

The team
Cazenove Charities is the specialist charity investment department within the Schroders Group. We employ a team of twenty five portfolio directors, managers and support staff who are all based together in our London office. We offer a range of investment solutions supported by the significant research capabilities and breadth of investment expertise of the Schroders' Group, which we apply to suit our clients' individual circumstances. We pride ourselves on working collaboratively with our charity clients, and the charity sector as a whole, with a full events programme and thought leadership on best practice in charity investment. The Charities business manages assets of circa £12.9 billion on behalf of 1,700 charity clients and are the largest UK investment manager of charitable assets.

What you'll do
• Work closely with Portfolio Managers and Directors and have a comprehensive understanding of the needs of the clients you are working with; be a valued contributor to developing relationships of trust
• Handle administrative duties promptly for our clients, such as cash transfer requests and monitoring overdrafts
• Manage onboarding for new clients and assist with transition of assets
Ensure client static data and authorised signatory lists are kept up to date
• Help to ensure client accounts are compliant and in-keeping with current regulation and procedures
• Be a point of contact for clients and professional advisers: react to all enquires in a timely manner and maintain a record of responses
• Have regular communication with the client team to discuss client queries and tasks
• Help team members complete and distribute client reports, such as portfolio valuations and tax reports, particularly at the end of the quarter
• You may be asked to contribute to business-wide client service and internal process committees. You will build a strong internal network and have a good understanding of the key client service issues affecting the business
• Work closely with our Operations teams to make our clients' experience seamless
• You may be asked to attend client meetings with Portfolio Managers & Directors
• Take responsibility for systems' training, testing and improving internal processes
• Have excellent technical knowledge and the experience to highlight and share best practice throughout the business when required.

The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need
• Excellent IT skills, especially with the Microsoft Office suite
• Experience of client service
• A keen interest in helping our clients
• Excellent communication skills and an ability to multi-task
• Previous experience of collaboration and teamwork and managing high volumes of work with deadlines
