Description
🚀 Exciting News! 🚀
We are thrilled to announce the launch of our second wave of the Service Leavers Mentoring Programme starting on 24th March 2025! 🎉
This initiative is open to Military Personnel in their last 12 months of Service, and to Veterans who have left the Service a maximum of 2 years ago.
The programme is designed to support Service Leavers and Veterans looking to transition into the Tech Industry over a 6-week period, where participants will be paired with experienced Mentors who will provide invaluable guidance and support throughout this transitioning journey.
Here’s what you can expect:
🔹 1:1 Mentoring: Dedicated sessions with mentors who have successfully transitioned from military to tech careers.
🔹 Insight Sessions: Group sessions with our Military ERG, Talent Acquisition, HR Teams and more.
🔹 Career Support: Assistance with CV enhancement, LinkedIn profile optimisation, and interview preparation.
🔹 Technical Training: Understand what's available to you to start your upskilling journey in Cloud technology.
🔹 Networking Opportunities: Q&A panels with industry leaders, fellow mentees and mentors, and shadowing at one of our UK locations.
Our pilot programme in February 2024 received outstanding feedback, with 100% of participants recommending it to a friend and feeling more confident about applying for tech roles. We are excited to build on this success and help more Service Leavers find rewarding careers in the tech industry.
