The ASCEND - Baker Hughes Military Leadership Program is inviting junior military officers with a successful track record to join their team. This two-year program is designed to help transitioning officers launch post-military careers within Baker Hughes as leaders and innovators. Participants will have the opportunity to complete two one-year assignments, receive career development, coaching, and mentoring, and network with business leaders. The program aims to solve critical business challenges through teamwork. Successful candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, a strong military background, problem-solving skills, adaptability, and accountability. Various assignment tracks are available, and working patterns may vary depending on the assignment.
