The Army HQ's Bereavement Support Service has brought to our attention a noteworthy Government initiative focused on the educational support of bereaved children. This initiative's primary objective is to offer children of deceased Army personnel, particularly those whose deaths were connected to their service, such as while on active duty in Iraq or Afghanistan, the opportunity to pursue a university degree or further education training.
To ascertain eligibility, we urge you to review the specific criteria detailed in the attached Defence Information Notice. Individuals who meet these criteria and wish to apply should complete the provided forms and submit them to Veterans (UK) at the specified address, as indicated in paragraph 12 of the attached letter.
