Take Point Training, a military inspired leadership, people and team development training company are seeing a surge in growth and course delivery. To that end we would be looking to speak to interested individuals from a military background around becoming an associate training facilitator to deliver our material, based around military experiences and models, blended with contemporary leadership thinking and delivered by experiential learning – learning by doing.

 

This opportunity would begin with an exploratory chat around experience, interests and a bit more of what we do and who for. An opportunity to observe courses and learn the material before dipping their proverbial feet in with delivery. Most courses are run in Midlands or London, however we have clients all over the UK and typically staff these based on experience/seniority and location. Course dates are Tues-Thurs most weeks but sometimes less dependant on the course. Travel, food and accommodation provided with good day rate package including support from our internal team.

We utilise a number of veterans from diverse backgrounds to deliver a number of bespoke offerings based on the needs of the organisation ranging around our unique methodology of Self, Team & Team of Teams. As well as programmes for Trainees, Graduates, Aspiring Leaders, Senior Leaders we also create courses for all levels around leadership as well as a Veteran specific eduactional piece around assisting them with their transition from the Military to civilain sector.
