This resource will be available to children and young people aged 11 years until their 19th birthday.Kooth is an online mental wellbeing community that offers free, safe, and anonymous support. On Kooth, you can find helpful articles, personal experiences, and tips from young people and the Kooth team. You can also participate in discussions on various topics in the friendly Kooth community, chat with the team about anything on your mind, and maintain a daily journal to track your feelings and emotions. The community values anonymity, providing a space for sharing problems and receiving help without judgment.
