Our ex-military mentors have transitioned from the British Army, Royal Navy or Royal Air Force and can provide much needed support and advice. They can relate to their mentee and show the mentee the route they have already successfully taken. Our construction mentors have decades of industry experience. They are enthusiastic about construction and our Armed Forces and enjoy the role they play in helping our ex-military achieve their goals. We are continually growing our mentor network and always welcome new members. Our Mentor matching platform matches according to skillset and location.
