Change and Risk Manager
Description
On behalf of the MOD, we are looking for a Change Manager (Inside IR35) for a 24 Months contract based in Shrivenham.
As a SC Cleared Change Manager, your main responsibilities will be:
- Ensure the people side of change, preparing, supporting and equipping people to adopt and use changes to business processes, systems and technology is considered and managed.
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to maximize employee adoption and business benefit of change.
- Identify Programme and Project Dependencies that require Change Management with a view to developing and maintain an Organisational Change Management Plan.
- Support communication efforts - Enable the design, development, delivery and management of key communications.
- Assess the change impact through impact analyses, assessing change readiness, and identification of key stakeholders.
- Perform risk evaluations and assessments, reporting to SROs, Program Managers, Portfolio Mgr and the Portfolio Review Board.
- Create and implement risk management procures and plans in line with MOD and Defence Academy policy using ARM as the senior risk management platform and individual Programme and Project RAID documents as risk sources.
- Consult with the stakeholder community to capture and document significant risks, issues, dependencies and assumptions.
Essential:
- Experienced carrying out similar duties previously
- Change & Rick Management experience
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and management experience, with confidence to present findings to all levels of staff.
- Experience with all Microsoft packages
- Please note ACTIVE SC CLEARANCE is required for this position.
Desirable:
- Relevant Risk qualification however experience more takes precedent
