Claim If You Were Injured While Serving In The Armed Forces
Description
If you were injured or became ill while serving in the armed forces (including the reserve forces), you may be eligible for compensation. Compensation can be in the form of a lump sum or regular payments. You can claim compensation for any injury or illness that occurred as a result of your service, whether physical or mental. Additionally, you can claim if you were injured during a service-related activity, like a training exercise, or if your service worsened pre-existing conditions. If you were the victim of a violent crime while serving abroad, you can check if you qualify for the Criminal Injuries Compensation (Overseas) scheme. There is also a printable version of the guide available.
