M&G Wealth Advice Academy Open Evening

Our open evenings will give you the chance to hear more about the Academy and the journey you'd take to become an adviser with M&G Wealth Advice. You’ll hear from experts on how we train and support trainees, as well as the key skills and behaviours needed to become a successful financial adviser or business owner. 

It’s also an excellent opportunity to hear first-hand from Academy graduates who, like you, considered a career change and are now fully immersed in our Academy experience. This promises to be an interactive and informative session, where you can ask the questions you need, so you can make an informed decision about your future career.

 M&G Wealth Advice, is part of M&G plc, one of the of the largest financial advice providers in the UK. 
 
There’s a high demand for financial advice in the UK, but at the moment, there’s only a limited number of financial advisers available. This means, many people who may need it most can struggle to gain access to valuable advice, that could really help them and their families. So, we’re growing our adviser community through the M&G Wealth Advice Academy, in an effort to fill this gap. 
 
Who can join our Academy
We’re looking for strong candidates, with the commitment and drive to build their knowledge and develop skills and behaviours required for the role. There’s no barriers to this new career with our Academy:

• Continue to work while we support you in completing your exams
• No minimum qualification level to join us.
• We provide dedicated support to achieve your exams and qualification
• We train you on the client facing skills (both soft skills & regulatory requirements)
• Client leads and opportunities provided
• When qualified, start your own business or join an existing firm
• Support with succession planning

We opened our Academy doors to our first candidates in late 2021. In that time, we’ve achieved a great deal and we’re not stopping. Our focus continues to be on building a market leading Academy, to provide more advice, to more people.
